Age Requirement

Players must be 21+ to use the platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account or play. mmk123 may request age verification at any time, and if a player is found to be underage, the account will be suspended immediately.

One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may only hold one account at a time. Opening additional accounts using the same personal details, payment method, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this policy is found to have been violated, all related accounts may be closed and any balances held may be frozen.

Accurate Information

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. Withdrawals from accounts opened with incorrect information may be refused. mmk123 may request a national ID, phone number, or banking documents before processing any withdrawal.

Account Security

• All gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals made from a player's account are considered to have been made by the player themselves, and the player bears full responsibility for them.
• If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, notify mmk123 immediately.
• mmk123 accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account.
• We recommend choosing a strong password and changing it regularly.

Prohibited Activities

• Using any technology, software, or tool to manipulate game results is strictly prohibited.
• This includes creating accounts to claim bonuses, logging in with multiple accounts, and collusion (coordinating play with another party).
• Any money laundering activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Betting patterns that demonstrate arbitrage betting are prohibited.

Welcome Bonus — 150% First Deposit Bonus

As more players join, mmk123 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wager of bonus amount × 20 must be completed.

• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Example 2 — Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings from those bonus funds will be forfeited, and only your own deposited funds will be available for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have an expiry date, which will be shown on the promotions page.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, IP address, device, and bank account.
• If accounts created solely to claim bonuses are detected, the bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts may be suspended.
• mmk123 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus promotion at any time.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Breaching any of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or altered personal information.
• Evidence of fraudulent bonus abuse.
• Reasonable grounds to believe an attempt is being made to use the platform for money laundering.
• Detected use of multiple accounts by a single person to obtain bonuses.
• Detected use of the platform in a way that causes harm to the platform.

Balance-Related Matters

If an account is closed at the player's own request and the bonus wagering requirement has been met, the remaining personal balance will be returned through the normal withdrawal process. However, if the closure is due to an intentional breach, mmk123 reserves the right to withhold the balance, and the player may submit supporting evidence for review.

• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Sending promotional and bonus offers (players may opt out).
• Record-keeping required of us by law.

Technical Disruptions

mmk123 is not responsible for any interruption or loss arising from network disconnection, server issues, third-party software problems, or issues with a player's own device. Playing on the platform is the player's own decision and responsibility.

Game Interruption or Game Failure

If a connection drops during play and a bet round has been completed with a result recorded, only the result in the server log is considered the valid outcome. Funds for bets not recorded on the server will be refunded, and this is processed after a review has been completed.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a player and mmk123, the first step is to seek a resolution with the support team via Live Chat. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, it may be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days, and mmk123's decision will be final.

Amendments to Terms

mmk123 may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be shown in the "Last Updated" section of this page and will take effect immediately from the date the changes are made. All players must check this page regularly before playing.
